On August 5, the Shangluo Meteorological Observatory of Shaanxi Province continuously issued an orange rainstorm warning. From the evening of the 5th to the early morning of the 6th, the rainfall in Luonan County, Shangluo City reached more than 50 mm.
At around 23:00 on the 5th, near the Luoheqiao Cement Plant in Luonan County, when a private car passed the river, the river suddenly rose, causing a couple to be trapped in the water.
The wife was still pregnant. After receiving the police, Shangluo Fire Fighting immediately launched rescue.
Due to the heavy rain and the rapid rise of the river, the flooded vehicles had begun to move. At the moment, rescuers worked together to pull the two trapped people ashore.
When rescued ashore, the trapped vehicle was washed away by the flood.
